If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it, no questions asked.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Outside the 7-day window we generally do not refund partial or unused periods, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email milad@lingup.ai from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
